The use of Fino Vino is a presumption that the visitor/user has studied, understood and accepted all the terms of use. Applicable law & other terms

Any provision of the above terms and conditions found to be contrary to the aforementioned legal framework or rendered invalid shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms and conditions. The present constitutes the entire agreement between the administrator of Fino Vino and the visitor/user of its pages and services and is binding only on them. No modification of these terms will be taken into account and will not form part of this agreement, unless it has been expressed in writing and incorporated herein.
It is hereby expressly agreed that any disputes that may arise from the application of these terms and the general use of Fino Vino by the visitor or user thereof, if not resolved amicably, shall be governed by Greek law.
